Early Termination of Probation

All of the other options on these pages are for people who have completed their sentences. However, we do offer an option for people who are presently on probation and would like to be done with probation.

If you've done well on probation and have completed all of your conditions as required by the judge, you may be eligible to request that the judge terminate your probation early. We've designed a questionnaire that will evaluate your particular circumstances to see whether you're a good candidate for early termination, whether you'll be a good candidate once some more time passes on your sentence, or whether it is unlikely a judge will terminate your sentence early.
